Last minute reminder… Last Fun Run of the season tonight at 5:30. If it is pouring, we may head straight to Julio’s, but probably time for 2 or 4 miles.
Then tomorrow in the rain: The Wed speed workout will start with a 1 mile run for time. Want to know how fast you can run a mile? Here’s your chance!

Your last chance in the 2017 CVR/ORS Series, the Autumn Onion is at 9 a.m. this Sunday. On-line registration with your pre-reg discount closes at 5 pm this Friday, Oct. 27. Speaking of CVR/ORS points. Our intrepid points keeper, Jim Flint has already tallied up the Berlin Pond results in the standings posted on CVRunners.org. Wow, are some of the age groups competitive this year! The total number in the series is higher than ever and some people are already in the 480’s and 490’s. Those people will probably keep doing races to eke up their scores. There are 4 more opportunities to get 100 after all. Only Dot Martin has 500 sewn up already. I’m so glad I’ll be in the 60-69 next year. But by then Sue Hackney will probably be back out there again. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.
If you see any problems with your score, contact Jim Flint. If you don’t see an X next to your name in the volunteer column, remember you’ll need to get one to stay in the standings.
