Next CVR Race

Berlin Pond 5 Miler is the next CVR/ORO Race Series race, on Thursday, August 15 at 6pm.  We still need a water stop volunteer so email Jeff Prescott if you can help.  Also, if you think you volunteered already for the race but didn’t get a volunteer email from him yesterday, then email JeffASAP.

Remember Berlin Pond is a $10 race!  Start is at the pond and registration at the Town Office on Shed Rd.

No Wednesday Speedwork

Matt Rutherford has cancelled speedwork for Wednesday (today) due to Thursday’s Berlin Pond race.  That means Thursday’s workout will be easy: 1×5 miles.

Julio’s after the Fun Run

After the August 20th Fun Run we will plan to go to Julio’s. That is this coming Tuesday.  If you plan on coming to Julio’s but can’t make the run, let me know so we can reserve a spot for you.

Leaf Peepers

If you plan on running either the half or 5K at Leaf Peepers (October 6), you should sign up before September 1 as prices increase.  Remember this year we are bringing back the old courses for both races.  And the courses have just been USATF certified thanks to Bob Murphy, Donna Smyers and John Valentine.
If you don’t plan to run, you should volunteer.  Contact June Burr if you can help.
