LOCATION: Bear Swamp Rumney Memorial Elementary School, 433 Shady Rill, Middlesex. See directions to Rumney School.

REGISTRATION: Race day registration only at Rumney School from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. on July 13.

FEE: $10

STARTING TIME: 9:00am

COURSE: Loop course on mostly dirt roads climbs 450 feet first 3 miles, then gradually descends to the finish. Part of the CVR/ORO Race Series 2019.

  • FEMALE – 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
  • MALE – 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
